Fitness unplugged
Purpose
When creating a code, you will need different commands.
Now try to code a fitness program without a computer.
Your program should eventually be composed of
codes that together form a small fitness course
that makes you sweat.
T
ask
- You will need between 10 and 20 action cards.
- Each card must consist of an action / command,
e.g. lift right arm 45 degrees. - Remember: you need to be accurate so that your
command is executed correctly. - Now place a Loop around your code
(a loop can fx be used to repeat an action) - Put together your cards and test the code on yourself.
- Change your code if necessary.
- Test the code on a family member.

and share it with your friends – they might also get a bit
